#Your agent already knows your calendar and your inbox. It knows nothing about your health.
A home for your health data that your agent can act on.
Tilde requests your medical records from hospitals and clinics and keeps them current in one place, with your labs and medications. Add one address to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP assistant, and with your permission it can read them, book your Triangle visits and set reminders. Disconnect it whenever you like.
7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Cancel anytime.

Your health is the one place your agent can't see.
Your records sit in patient portals, PDFs in your downloads folder and results in your email. When you ask your assistant about your health, it starts from nothing, or from whatever you paste in. And it has nowhere to book a visit or keep a reminder.

Point your agent at it
Add Triangle's address as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor or another MCP assistant, sign in and choose its scopes. Exact steps below.
What your agent can do through Tilde
Everything below happens through Triangle's connection, within the scopes you allow.
Your records, notes, care team and the summary of your history, from one current history that updates as new records arrive. Medications include pharmacy fill data when your records contain it.
Lab results and measurements it can follow over time, readings from Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop, Withings, Dexcom and other devices you connect, and genetic reports.
With write access, add notes and records to Triangle and update your medication list.
Find open times, then book or change a Triangle visit.
Reminders in plain words, like "every Sunday at 9, log my weight", delivered in Triangle and by notification.
It only works with data inside Triangle. It can't change anything at a hospital or clinic.
Remove the connection under Settings › AI service connections and access stops immediately.
Triangle never prescribes, so your agent can't through Tilde either. Triangle doesn't diagnose or treat. It helps you understand your records and prepare for your care team.

# Write on Appointments and on Routines and reminders is what lets an agent book visits and set reminders.
- you ›Book a Triangle visit next week, mornings only.
- you ›What changed in my labs since last spring?
- you ›Remind me every Sunday at 9 to log my weight.

Only the person whose profile it is can connect an assistant to it.
Once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant's own privacy policy, which Triangle does not control. Triangle keeps no log of what the assistant does with it afterwards. Connect only assistants you trust.

Your agent gets in only with your permission
An assistant gets in only with your permission, through a secure sign-in, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. No drug maker, laboratory or hospital pays Triangle, the company behind Tilde. Only members do.
Everything is encrypted, and your records are yours to delete. You decide what to share and with whom.
Triangle is HIPAA compliant: see the Trust Center. It is listed in the Medicare App Library.
Triangle provides research and educational support. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team.
Questions
- What does it cost, and how do I cancel?
- Tilde starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month; cancel any month. Membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics and keeping them updated, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have. Your assistant's own plan is separate: ChatGPT needs Plus or higher, and Grok needs a paid plan.
- Why an identity check and an intake visit?
- Triangle requests records in your name, so setup asks for your details and an identity check, your address, who can see your profile, and your signature on the consent forms. You also book an intake visit with a clinician. Then your agent has real records to work from.
- Which assistants can connect?
- Claude, ChatGPT (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu; the free plan can't add custom connectors), Grok (paid plan), Cursor, and other assistants that support MCP, the Model Context Protocol. Only the person whose profile it is can connect one.
- Will it reach every hospital I've used?
- Not always. Triangle requests records through Carequality and TEFCA, and not every hospital or clinic can be reached that way. Tilde shows what may be missing and helps you request it, and you can upload PDFs, photos of paper records, discs and faxes.
- Can my agent get me a prescription?
- No. Through Tilde it can read your records, labs and medications, add notes, update your medication list, book and change Triangle visits, and set routines. Triangle never prescribes, doesn't diagnose or treat, and never replaces your care team.
- How do I cut off access?
- Disconnect the assistant in Triangle under Settings › AI service connections, and access stops immediately. Your records stay in your account, and they are yours to delete.
- Why does my assistant say "Triangle"?
- Tilde is made by Triangle. Your account, your records and the connection your assistant uses all live with Triangle, at app.trianglehealth.com, under Triangle's privacy policy and terms.
- Can I build on it?
- Yes. Developers can register an app and let people "Connect with Triangle".
