What Tilde does
Your records, kept current
Records get requested over Carequality and TEFCA by Triangle and land in one current history, alongside labs, medications and wearable readings. Anything else, you upload.
One address for your agent
Register https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor or any other MCP client as a connector. Sign in to Triangle, pick a profile and choose what the agent may read and change.
Actions within your scopes
With write access, your agent can book or change a Triangle visit, set reminders in plain words, add notes and records, and update your medication list. It works only on data inside Triangle and can't change anything at a hospital or clinic.
Access you can cut off
Revoke a connection under Settings → AI service connections and the agent loses access at once. Changing scopes means disconnecting and reconnecting.
What makes Tilde different
Context your agent lacks
Without your records, Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can only answer health questions from whatever you paste into the chat. Through Tilde it reads your actual history, and with write access it can book Triangle visits and set reminders.
Records and readings behind one endpoint
Health data usually sits in a separate portal for each hospital and in each device maker's own app, such as Oura's or Garmin's. Tilde gathers records and readings into one place your agent can read.
Scopes you set
On Triangle's consent screen, every category has its own Read and Write switch. Your agent works within what you switched on, for the profile you picked.
Who uses Tilde
- People who already run personal agents in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Cursor
- Developers building agents or apps that work with a person's health data, with their permission
- Adult children who manage a parent's profile and want their own agent working from it
- People who want an agent to book their Triangle visits and keep health routines
The team behind Tilde
Tilde runs on Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.), out of Pasadena, California, where CEO Arun Verma co-founded the company alongside Justin Balthrop, who also co-founded Bird, and Jonathan Grubb, a consumer product builder from Bird and OpenTable. Arun's starting point was his own brain tumor diagnosis in 2023, which had him doing medical research and record-keeping by hand. Tilde makes that work something your agents can read and act on, with your permission.

How Tilde works
init: create the profile
Kick off Triangle's 7-day free trial and set the profile's owner, whether that's you or someone in your care.
verify: checks and consents
Pass the identity and address checks, set profile visibility, sign the consents and lock in a clinician intake slot.
gather: records come in
Records arrive from Carequality and TEFCA, requested by Triangle, and anything else you upload joins them.
connect: point your agent at it
Skim your health topics and medication list, optionally share with family, then add the connector and set scopes. If something breaks, ping Triangle at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
What is Tilde, and who maintains it?
Tilde is a home for your health records that your AI agents can work from, with your permission. Triangle builds it, and your account, records and connections all live with Triangle.
What does Tilde cost, and is my assistant's plan included?
Tilde bills $9 a month after its 7-day free trial, for which you'll need a card. Your assistant's subscription is separate, and you can cancel Tilde any time.
Is Tilde, or my agent, a doctor?
No. Triangle offers Tilde as research and educational support, and no tool call through it diagnoses, treats or prescribes. Medical decisions stay with your clinicians, not your agent.
How do ChatGPT, Claude and Grok connect to Tilde?
Each client speaks MCP to https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp; what each one can see is set by you on Triangle's consent screen. Menu paths for each client are documented at trianglehealth.com/agents.
What protects the data my agent reads through Tilde?
At rest and in transit, Triangle encrypts your records, and the company is HIPAA compliant. No data is sold or shared for advertising, and both the people who see your profile and each agent's scopes are yours to set.
Can someone who helps manage my profile connect their own agent?
Yes. Anyone on a profile's team can connect their own, such as a family member who helps manage it or a practitioner. Viewers connect read-only, and each person sees and disconnects only their own connections.
How do I widen or narrow an agent's scopes?
Scopes are set when you connect, so disconnect under Settings → AI service connections and connect again with the new switches. A connection that sits unused for about a month may also expire and need the same step.
Can I build my own app on Tilde?
Yes. Developers can register an app and let people “Connect with Triangle”. Agents that support MCP can use the same connector address.
